CRA was engaged by a large multi-national insurance company that needed to assess a disputed insurance claim in excess of $150 million in business interruption losses claimed by an entertainment company as the result of a cyber-attack. Our professionals assisted the insurer review a claim that included lost business income and extra expense associated with various aspects of the company’s businesses including gaming, hotel, entertainment, food and beverage losses in Las Vegas as well as other US locations. Our work assisted the insurer to understand the claim, identified the necessary adjustments, and worked with the parties to seek resolution.
