Vice President
Tilmann Hensel-Roth is a vice president in the Energy Practice of CRA and is affiliated to the London and Düsseldorf offices. He specializes in energy and infrastructure strategy across the energy value chain, specifically utilities, renewables, e-mobility, infrastructure, grids, oil and gas, and chemicals.
Mr. Hensel-Roth advises clients on corporate strategy, pricing, large scale transformation and restructuring, M&A and post-merger integration, sustainability, value optimization, cost reduction and E2E process redesign, and operational excellence.
Before joining CRA, Mr. Hensel-Roth was Partner and Managing Director at innogy Consulting where he led the UK business and team, overseeing all client accounts and engagements. He repositioned and grew innogy’s business from in-house consulting into a multi-million revenue energy and infrastructure boutique serving private sector clients as well as group companies such as RWE, E.on, and innogy. He built and led RWE Consulting’s International Operations Practice, driving a multi-year, large scale transformation throughout all of RWE’s operations across Europe.
Mr. Hensel-Roth is fluent in German and English.
