Sam Lynch

Mr. Samuel Lynch specializes in the analysis of trading, structuring, markets, and valuation of financial securities. He also has expertise in business valuation and the valuation of commercial contracts.

Mr. Lynch supports clients in litigations and internal investigations involving potential allegations of manipulation of financial markets and allegations of spoofing. He has managed numerous matters for clients, including securities litigations, complex commercial litigations, internal investigations, bankruptcies, and tax disputes. He has worked with clients through trial, as well as in domestic arbitrations, international arbitrations, and mediation.

Prior to joining CRA, he consulted at Monitor Group, where he specialized in applying insights from corporate finance to clients’ business strategy, and worked in the municipal finance department at Goldman, Sachs & Co, providing investment banking services for infrastructure and energy clients. He also has extensive experience consulting on matters in the financial services sector as well as in telecommunications, health care, pharmaceuticals, ecommerce, transportation, and other industries.
