Owen Male is an associate in the Life Sciences Practice at CRA. He has worked on numerous strategy and policy consulting projects with pharmaceutical and biotech companies, focused on topics including pricing and market access, stakeholder engagement, commercial strategy, due diligence and policy positioning.
Owen has experience across several therapeutic areas including rare diseases, oncology, respiratory disease, autoimmune disease and infectious disease. Additionally, he is an active member of CRA’s internal “Rare Diseases” issues leadership platform, having co-authored a poster and presentation (ISPOR and WODC, respectively) on the relationship between price and prevalence in non-oncology rare disease.
Prior to CRA, he worked as a research assistant at the University of Cambridge, where he previously graduated with a BA Hons (Natural Sciences). He has additional experience as a research intern at Entomics Biosystems, a biotech start-up.
